1. Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing the Clinic at least [4 or 6 hours] in advance.
• Cancellations made within the specified time will not attract any charges.

2. Teleconsultation Policy

• Once a teleconsultation has started, it is considered fully utilized, and no refund will be provided.
• If a consultation is disrupted due to technical issues, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within [5–7 business days].
• Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
• Transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

4. Clinic-Initiated Cancellation

• If the Clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, then the appointment will be rescheduled.

5. Emergency Situations

• In case of medical emergencies, cancellation policies may be relaxed at the discretion of the Clinic.
